Investment Department at Savills in Poland is one of the most senior, experienced and successful teams on the Polish real estate market. The department consists of 12 professionals, including 5 experts with 10+ years’ experience each. It provides a full range of commercial buy- and sell-side advisory services across all major property sectors in Poland. Since 2018 a specialised unit led by John Palmer has been operating within the department. With a focus on the industrial sector only it provides unrivalled expertise for developers, vendors and investors targeting industrial assets. Within the ‘Investment Hub’ idea, the Investment team cooperates closely with the Corporate Finance & Valuation department, which has the leading position in advising parties targeting alternative assets, such as student housing or PRS.
