• Advising Oaktree Capital Management and Griffin Real Estate in connection with the sale of Student Depot Group, the holder of the largest portfolio of student housing assets in Poland, to Kajima Properties and Griffin Real Estate.
• Advising Ronson Development on the acquisition of Nova Krolikarnia from Global City Holdings (first and second call options).
• Advising Echo Partners on the sale of a majority interest in Echo Investment to Wing (a preliminary agreement).
• The sale of a third building within O3 Business Campus to EPP (in a JV with Henderson Park) for EUR 40.3 million (which completed the sale of a portfolio of seven office buildings).
• The sale of a multifunctional project to be located in the very centre of Warsaw.

• Advising Echo Investment on the development of the Mlociny shopping centre.
• Advising Tacit Investment and its subsidiary on a landmark project concerning its cooperation with Nobu, a boutique luxury brand established and managed by Robert De Niro, Meir Teper and Nobu Matsuhis, and the opening of the Nobu Hotel and Restaurant in Warsaw.
