The acquired assets are Cristal Park, Mokotów Plaza an Mazovia Plaza in Warsaw, the office and warehouse properties Eurologis I, Eurologis II, Długosza BC, Delta 44 in Wrocław and Green Park in Katowice. Representation of FLE, an investment advisor headquartered in Vienna, in connection with the purchasing of K1, the tallest office building in Kraków. Representation of Generali Real Estate in connection with the acquisition of the prestigious 8-story Piękna 2.0 office building in downtown Warsaw, offering approx. 15,800 m2 of first-class office space and commercial premises on the ground floor. Representation of Echo Investment S.A. in connection with the sale concerning real property of its subsidiary, including land in Warsaw on which the development of Gatehouse Offices - the first office building of the project Warsaw Brewery was made.
Participation in development projects between October 2018 and September 2019
Representation of R.Power in connection with the sale of several PV projects in Poland. Representation of a consortium of lenders in connection with the financing of construction of a new CCGT power project in Poland. Advising as lenders’ counsel in connection with the project financing of construction of a new propane dehydrogenation plant (PDH) and a polypropylene production plant (PP).
