7R portfolio includes both large-scale logistics parks and Small Business Unit urban warehouses called 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics that is new to the Polish market.
With a view to further business development, 7R is constantly expanding land bank, securing the most strategic locations in the country. Since the beginning of the enterprise, 7R has completed projects with a total area of 300 000 sq. m. Currently, another over 700 000 sq. m is in the investment process.
