The facility is in every detail tailored to the clients’ needs. This is the first distribution center, with such a big number of planned courier docks, fulfilling the requirements of TAPA and Breeam certification. There are 5 “loading fingers” planned there with 194 loading and unloading gates for courier vans. Led lighting either in the office and the warehouse space as well. Kone elevator in two floor office building. The facility is 8 m height and encompasses 15,900 sqm of industrial space, where hub is 7 200 sqm, depot – 6200 sqm, and office 2,400 sqm. BREEAM solutions implemented: - heat recovery - LED lighting and movements sensors - installations of meters for all utilities in order to control and optimize energy usage - maximum limitation of water usage - gas heating in majority of building - usage of materials with limited volatile organic compounds - waste management during construction - increased tightness of the building.
