Michał Matera is a partner and Head of the Real Estate practice in Allen & Overy’s Warsaw office. In his practice, he focuses on various aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, sale and lease-back, joint ventures and asset management. He is an expert in real estate aspects of financing, restructuring and insolvency projects. He is a mentor in the ULI Poland Mentorship Programme for ULI Young Leaders.
