SRC was founded in 2005, hires 15 people, most of which are attorneys, and specializes in commercial real estate advisory, assisting Clients in purchase, lease, construction and litigation on the office, retail, hotel, agricultural and industrial real estate market. SRC provided legal assistance in numerous transactions, such as: • purchase of four office buildings of combined 120,000 sqm GLA by one Client in the years 2015 - 2017, one of which was the largest office building purchase transaction in Poland in 2016 (Konstruktorska Business Center); • lease of over 1,000,000 (one million) sqm of commercial premises; • acquisition of plots of land for shopping center construction by Inter IKEA Group; • sale and purchase of 6 industrial parks for a foreign investor; • long term lease agreement of land and buildings for future investment in a see harbor area; • negotiation of hotel management agreements with Marriott for one of the biggest hotels of this chain in Poland and Czech Republic.

Łukasz Caban specializes in real estate law and he's been involved in the lease of over 1,000,000 sqm of commercial premises, including one of the biggest office leases in Poland in 2018 (12,000 sqm for Ringier Axell Springer Polska) and legal advice on hundreds of other projects, e.g. a precedent liquidation of an agricultural and forest property investment fund, for which he received, together with the SRC team, a nomination for "Law Firm of the Year" in the 2019 CEE Investment Awards.

• acquisition and lease of almost 200 hectares of land for over 40 solar energy and wind park projects; • purchase, sale and lease-back of a factory real property; • signing and amending of a preliminary agreement for sale of land from a portfolio of real estate dedicated under shopping centers by one of the largest shopping center owners in Poland; • purchase of two separate developed plots of land in Warsaw for office purposes; • sale of industrial park real estate in central Poland; • legal assistance in conclusion of a preliminary sale agreement of a retail park in southern Poland; • legal assistance in conclusion of several agreements leading to purchase of commercial property in Warsaw from the insolvency administrator in tender proceedings.
