Warehouse for Clipper Logistics in P3 Poznań

The BTS warehouse for Clipper Logistics is the next building of this operator in the P3 Poznań park. At the beginning of 2017, the company leased 10,000 sq.m and shortly after extended the space occupied by a further 7,000 sq.m. Currently, Clipper occupies over 43,000 sq.m in Poznań's P3 warehouses. BTS warehouse for Clipper is a flagship realization of P3 for the e-commerce industry. The facility is characterized by an above-standard number of docks and a height of up to 12m. A unique element of the warehouse is a picking mezzanine(so-called pick tower)allowing for optimization of order preparation. For safety purposes, the developer has raised the fire resistance of the building to the highest level and built four staircases enabling evacuation from the mezzanine floor. P3 also applied ecological and energy-saving solutions such as innovative thermo-insulated wall panels or LED lighting. The building has a fully equipped photographic studio for cataloging and publishing new products.
