CBRE Retail is a group of experts in developing tailor-made solutions for the commercial sector. Retail market has seen significant changes through the past decade. The slowdown in the growth of shopping center segment has been well diagnosed and CBRE Retail has developed new service lines of tenant representation and high street leasing. The strategy has proven extremely successful - in 2018 these 2 business divisions have seen their numbers grow by approximately 50%. Our main clients are: CBRE Global Investors, Immofinanz, Heitman, CPI, Pergranso, Proark, Ceraco and IIC. Repeated instructions from our Client show that we are achieving our Clients’ goals. CBRE is also helping retailers developing their chains on Polish market, we are working with mainly with iQOS, TK Maxx, Drogeria Natura, Nespresso, Tesla, Fielmann, Sloggi, Flying Tiger Copenhagen and Hebe. We are strongly involved in developing new business line working on food and beverage and high streets.
