The new KOMFORT facility will undergo BREEAM certification with the forecast of the Very Good rating, among others thanks to the use of modern selective glazing in the office building, which protects the office against excessive heating in the summer and heat loss in the winter. LED lighting was installed throughout the facility and controlled by the DALI system in the hall. At the entrance to the building, an access control system based on automatic plate recognition system was introduced. In SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków, where the facility is located, also chargers for electric vehicles and hybryds were installed as one of the pro-environmentally friendly solutions used by the developer. The fast completion time of the new 15,500 sq m project was possible thanks to the use of a fully prefabricated structure, from the hall foundations, through pillars and roof griders, to a fully prefabricated external office, made of prefabricated reinforced concrete walls and ceilings.
