New Office Building of the Year, Poland
We started work on the modernization and reconstruction of the office building in 2016. The project covered both the main part of the building and comprehensive land development - reconstruction of parking lots, the building of the porter's lodge, dustbins and bicycle shelters. The new construction also includes the investment's fence - a reinforced concrete wall with openwork fragments of aluminum razors is a bonding element of land development and building architecture. In addition to the cubature area, the project also included a comprehensive interior design - from the solution stage to the comprehensive execution design. The interiors of the office building are characterized by high quality materials, and the idea was simple simple, elegant, monochrome interiors broken with warm wood.
