Our skilled real estate team in Poland is constantly growing, which is driven by the expanding client base (real estate funds, financial institutions) and the increasing number of deals on which we have worked. Our work on behalf of a range of major real estate investors has kept us busy in Poland over the past year. Our team advised and is currently advising on: the acquisitions of real properties by REICO, FLE, Franklin Templeton Investment Services and M7 Real Estate Poland as well as Cerberus Capital Management on the sale of real properties in Poland.
Our team has been closely cooperating with our banking practice on various major real estate finance transactions on the Polish market including recent representation of Berlin Hyp AG and Erste Group Bank in connection with €205 million refinancing of portfolio of seven office buildings located in Warsaw belonging to Immofinanz.
