We achieved an impressive track record with many successful deals, reflected in exceptional figures: we advised on 150 lease agreements totalling over 150,000 sq m of office space.
Landlord Representation leased over 110,000 sq m in 125 lease contracts for its clients i.e. lease extension of Can Pack in Kraków (6,000 sq m) and renegotiations with Comp SA, in the Jutrzenki Business Park in Warsaw (4,160 sq m).
Tenant Representation completed deals totalling over 40,000 sq m, reflected by 25 lease contracts in this period. The major transactions - new office lease contracts were concluded in Warsaw and Wrocław: 7,585 sq m with Allegro in Q22 and 7,500 sq m with Nokia in West Link.
Last year our Tenant Representation team was strengthened by additional highly experienced professionals with extensive knowledge of the real estate market, whose contribution proved invaluable in achieving such results.
The results of the department over a one year period from October 2015 in terms of the number and value of finalised transactions (in EUR) Knight Frank’s team has leased over 150,000 sq m in 150 lease agreements for its clients. The number of signed lease agreements increased by 6% compared to the previous 12 months. As for the amount of leased office space, we noticed an 11% rise. The company has once again noted a subsequent year of growth.
