Please say why you should be considered for the award
Due to the merge with SPIE AGIS Fire&Security, SPIE Polska is a partner at every stage of the property life (design, installation, maintenance). The new scope of services was recognized e.g. by Santander bank when investing in a modern office building in Wrocław. The company increased number of serviced square meters by 15% compared to last year (Sept 2018: 6 mln sqm), thanks to quality of business relations with clients constantly investing in new properties, as well as starting operations in new sectors such as prestigious shopping centers (ECE Silesia). Company expertise in FM for industrial facilities were appreciated by new clients, mainly in lubuskie and opolskie regions, proving also that proximity to the customers is a great value of the company. Professional back office stands behind the quality too, e.g. upgrating CRMs and digitizing processes. SPIE Polska reputation on the market was confirmed with a new title: “Facility Management Firm” in CEE Investment Awards 2018.
