Szymon has 17 years of experience in commercial real estate. He has supported TK Maxx and Foot Locker in entering the Polish market. Previously he worked for C&W, CBRE, Neinver and JLL. In Oct 2017–Sept 2018 Szymon built a Retail team at Cresa Poland and represented 16 tenants in the lease of a total of 20,000 sq m. He won the exclusive representation of 2 new retailers in their entry into the Polish market (leases already signed, 1st store opened in Wrocław in Oct 2018; the next ones in 2019).

- We won the exclusive mandates to represent two new retailers in their entry and expansion on the Polish market (one of the biggest fashion value homeware retailers with its first store opened in Wrocław in October 2018, and one of the fastest-growing fashion retailers – the first store to open in 2019).
- We represented such prestigious clients as TK MAXX, Foot Locker, Planet Cinema, Cukiernia Sowa, Vision Express in their market expansion.
