Please say why your company should be considered for the award
Adgar is not a typical office developer that build new office buildings. Adgar rather buys buildings and upgrade them, changing the traditional workspace into lifespace, where creative, well designed and functional space favour better and more efficient work. Adgar is developing a new office lease concept BeYOURSeLF (between coworking and conventional lease) where tenants pay per person not for sqm and have very flexible lease conditions. Brain Embassy and BeYOURSeLF are created and tested in Poland, and now the concepts will be implemented in Israel, Belgium and Canada, the countries where Adgar also functions. Adgar cares a lot about tenants and the environment, this year the company completed the green LEED Gold certification process for all his buildings in the portfolio. Adgar helps to develop his tenants businesses through many solutions, amenities and also through the Brain Embassy mentoring programs.
