Małgorzata specializes in transaction and restructuring advisory. She has cooperated closely with DEKA, Union Investment or Generali and is responsible for introducing new investors (e.g. REICO, Catella AG, Bouwfonds) into the Polish market. She is the author of many tax publications, such as e.g. "What’s new in taxation of Polish RE Market?”, “Institutional investments in the Polish PRS”. She has also been twice awarded the “Women in Tax Leaders” title by International Tax Review.

In everyday work we do not forget to promote the best practices in the real estate market. This year our team prepared “What’s new in taxation of Polish real estate market” report, which describes the most important tax-related changes and their consequences for the industry. Together with REAS, we have prepared the second edition of “Institutional investments in the Polish PRS” as a response to the growing need for information on the institutional rental market of housing projects.
As an active member of the Polish branch of the International Fiscal Association, our tax advisors are involved in promoting tax awareness and knowledge, ensuring correct legislation standards.
