We provided consulting services (buy, sell, M&A) in Poland, incl. support to: Catella AG (Złota 44, entry to the market), Aggmore (Centrum Słoneczne Szczecin), Europa Capital& Warimpex (5* hotel in Warsaw), Europa Capital& White Star (Pl. Małachowskiego), Bouwfonds (residential project, Warsaw; entry to the market), Raiffeisen (Modularna and Dzialkowa projects), Warburg-HIH (Al. Pokoju, Kraków), Warburg-HIH (Prime Corporate Center), Warburg-HIH (Dubois 41 Wrocław), Credit Suisse (Prosta Tower), Gosch&Budlex (Deptak,Poznań), Generali (Microsoft building). Several won cases before the court in the issue of CIT exemption for investment funds in Poland (CSAM, Union Investment and Deka). One of our clients was refunded with almost PLN 6mio. Also, we have been servicing major hotel owners in the field of real estate tax, providing up to 50% savings. Portfolio of investments we have advised to since the beginning of our operation in the Polish market reached the value of over EUR 4 billion.
