Participation in property sales and acquisitions between October 2017 and September 2018
1. CPI Property Group-act BSWW was assisting the investor at all stages of the acquisition of a property portfolio (five retail parks known under the common name of “HopStop”) with a total area of 19,000 m2.
2.Volkswagen Poznań-act BSWW advised Volkswagen on the purchase of a land lot in Poznań, with an area of over 10 hectares.
3.Legal consulting services for YIT in regard to the purchase of 100% shares in GF Ramba, a company belonging to UBM capital group (Austrian developer).GF Ramba is the perpetual usufructuary of the land on which Parkur Tower business park is located at Kłobucka 25 in Warsaw.
4.Strabag-comprehensive legal and tax consulting services as regards acquisition of the right of perpetual usufruct to a land property located in Warsaw, at Krochmalna Street, which will be earmarked for a residential project.
5.The Corner-advise on the sale of real property to Metropolitan Investment S.A.
6.Kettlewell-advise on purchase of the real estate located in Warsaw, at Solec 22.
Participation in development projects between October 2017 and September 2018
1.ECC Group-providing legal consulting services for ECC Group with respect to lease agreements for Nowa Stacja shopping centre in Pruszków, with a leasable area of 27,000 m2.
2.Buma Group-advised in negotiations of the lease agreement with Shell Polska (approx. 35,000 m2 of office space in DOT Office, Kraków).
3.Kulczyk Silverstein Properties-advised with respect to lease agreement negotiations with tenants of retail and office space in ETHOS building, incl. HBO and Hogan Lovells.
4.Immobel Group-legal consulting services in regard to lease agreement negotiations with tenants of retail space in CEDET building.
