The investment totaling 161,500 sqm has been erected on a 29-hectare site in Kołbaskowo near Szczecin. Additionally, the developer has realized 7,800 sqm of road infrastructure, including a double roundabout, which has been incorporated in the existing Kolbaskowo junction, on the exit from the A6 motorway. The value of the investment accounts for 410 million PLN and has been developed in 8 months. The total size of the building is 161,500 sqm of which 150 800 sqm is a storage space located on three floors, 10 700 is office space. The building is as much as 377 m long and 187 m wide. There are 640 parking spaces for cars, 102 for trucks, 25 for bikes, 10 for motorcycles and 85 docks. Execution of order fulfilment processes is being supported by innovative technologies, including Amazon Robotics. BREEAM Certificate – Very Good. Planned employment 2000-3000 workers.
