Panattoni Europe has leased 3 warehouse facilities totalling 42,526 sqm to Raben Logistics Polska. The investment is carried out at Panattoni Park Grodzisk III. The logistics operator Raben Logistics Polska, part of the European Raben Group, has opted for Panattoni Europe again. Two neighbouring facilities, which serve as warehouse space, take up respectively: 20,800 sqm of which offices will be located on 900 sqm and 12,019 sqm with 300 sqm of warehouse space. The clear height in the warehouse reaches 12 m, which enables the tenant to use not only reach trucks, but also platform trucks and counterbalance forklift trucks. Additionally, the second building disposes of a temperature control system. The third building is a cross-docking facility, 6 m high and offering approx. 9,500 sqm of space. Located 35 km to the centre of Warsaw, near the Grodzisk Mazowiecki Junction on the A2 motorway andand the bypass of Grodzisk Mazowiecki, are definitely some of the best advantages of the park.
