Echo Polska Properties:acquisition of 7 office buildings from Echo Inv, value EUR 264 mln; acquisition of Galeria Młociny shopping mall in northern Warsaw for a development, value EUR 42 mln; acquisition of CH Jupiter (centre of Warsaw, Towarowa 22), value EUR 120 mln; sale of 3 office buildings to Griffin Premium Real Estate, value EUR 160 mln.
Aurec Real Estate:acquisition of 6 retail properties in Poland, value EUR 100 mln.
Redefine International:acquisition of 6 retail properties in Poland, value EUR 100 mln.
YIT Development Sp. z o.o.:acquisition of real property located in Warsaw, adjacent to Klasykow Street, and on the financing of the acquisition by letter of credit, value 18 mln PLN.

Aberdeen Asset Management Deutschland:acquisition of stakes in SPVs in respect of a number of European road infrastructure projects (including 2 phases of the high profile A1 motorway project in Poland).
Skanska Group:acquisition and future development of a state-of-the-art office complex located in the center of Warsaw, value EUR 22 mln.
Beaulieu International Group:advising the Belgian industrial group on the development of warehousing and manufacturing plants in Kietrz.
Universal Fibers Inc:advising the US textile group on the development of a manufacturing plant in Gorzów.
Griffin Real Estate:reorganization of several credit facilities granted by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego for the acquisition and modernisation of Raiffeisen Business Center, value EUR 36 mln.
Mace:advising the construction group on the redevelopment of the prestigious Hotel Europejski in Warsaw.

EUR 4,98 billion

In last year’s submission KZP acted on EUR 1.8 bln of real estate transactions.This time round,KZP has acted on EUR 4.98 bln worth of real estate transactions,representing significant growth.In 2016 KZP acted for Redefine Properties on the largest ever commercial real estate transaction concerning Poland alone (EUR 1.1 bln),whilst KZP has also hired Gabriel Olearnik who led the team and advised on the largest real estate transaction in Europe in 2016–the EUR 2.4 bln sale of P3 Logistics Parks to GIC(a transaction that also involved Poland).The excellence of KZP’s real estate practice is further cemented by entering into an exclusive relationship in 2017 with international law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner–the leading European real estate practice,which by way of example,has advised on the three largest ever single property transactions in Europe.This relationship has allowed KZP to work on more international real estate transactions and for a greater amount of international clients.
