KARUZELA is a new exciting building designed as a single-storey development located in proximity to the pedestrian and cycling lane along the Wrześnica river-bank. Two main entrances to the building on the west side have been designed as a spatial dominants thus leading to the most important commercial spaces. They can be clearly identified from the every corner of the site. Spatial arrangement of the shopping mall and its clear functional layout is a great asset for an optimal and flexible use by tenants and clients. Site plan design also takes into account all the elements that are necessary for the proper functioning of the Mall - convenient safe parking, wide pedestrians paths, bus station in proximity to the station’s waiting room. Green spaces and recreational area gives the possibility of flexible use for gastronomy, kids playground etc. All of these elements contribute to the undoubted success of the investment as a place for shopping and leisure by the inhabitants of the city.
