Ecological and energy efficient solutions / certificates
Galeria Północna was designed with concern for the environment which is confirmed by the LEED Gold pre-certification. The modern system reduces the consumption of water and energy. The proximity of urban transport allows to reduce the carbon dioxide emissions and the roof garden watered with rainwater is a part of the green lungs of Białołęka. Materials used in the construction include min. 20% of the recycled components and can be recycled in 75%. There is also a sustainable management.

Galeria Północna offers over 200 retail units at tenants’ disposal, it features flagship Polish and foreign brands: Carrefour, Cinema - City, Enel-med medical clinic, Calypso fitness, Reserved, Mohito, Sinsay, House and Cropp, Medicine, CCC, TK Maxx, Orsay, H&M, New Yorker, Forever 21, iSpot, RTV Euro AGD. Debuting on Polish market: Hamleys, Newbie, Zarina, Love Republic, Homla. Over 20 restaurants & cafes, e.g.: Bierhalle, McDonald's, Starbucks,Pizza Hut, KFC, Burger King.
Source of project financing
In 2015 the company signed a credit agreement with Bank PEKAO S.A. for financing of Galeria Północna. The commitment consisted of a construction loan of up to PLN 494 m (EUR 116 m) and an investment loan of up to PLN 639 m (EUR 150 m).
