Invesco is focused on proactive decarbonization across the portfolio. We utilize tools like CRREM and Moody's Climate on Demand Platform.
In Poland Invesco conducted Net Zero Carbon audits according to CRREM on all operating assets in the years 2022-2024. Starting from 2023 the process of implementation of NZC audits has started. In Plac Unii within last 3 years energy consumption decreased by more than 40 % and in Q22 by more than 16 %. Further improvements are being implemented |

Why does the company deserve the title of Real Estate Leader in the area of ESG practices
Invesco is implementing its ESG+R strategy on each stage of investment starting in acquisitions and followed by portfolio management. We have undertaken initiatives leading to decarbonization on our existing portfolio starting from data collection from 2018, followed by NZC audits and ESG capex implementation resulting in energy consumption and GHG emissions reduction and EPC upgrade. All our assets have green certificates with high ratings that we improve each year. We are improving the greenery and arrange wellbeing and educational initiatives for our tenants and local communities. We include green clauses in our leases and take part in ESG ratings to prove our ESG governance. In 2024 we will conclude the CPPAs for most of our assets that will allow further reduction of the CO2 emissions. We are also developing onsite PV installations on our industrial projects wherever its is feasible. We prioritize ESG+R in all our activities being the market leader in Poland and in Europe.
