Why the company should be considered for the award
Over the past year, Nrep (through NSFV) has invested more than EUR 300m in Poland in the logistics and living segments, making a significant impact on the domestic real estate market. Nrep’s investment into 7R accounts for c. 10% of the total transaction volume in Poland and marks one of the largest real estate M&A deals in 2023. Nrep’s majority shareholding in 7R goes beyond investing into an industrial development pipeline; it is the objective of both Nrep and 7R to become a leader in sustainable real estate in Poland and Czechia, capitalizing on Nrep’s vast experience from the Nordics. In the PRS sector, Nrep introduces innovative concepts to Poland, notably the Noli studios co-living platform. Moreover, the assets integrated into the PRS portfolio go above and beyond the sustainability market standard for residential properties in Poland. This is achieved throughESG certification and the incorporation of sustainability solutions aimed at a substantial reduction in carbon footprint.

Future plans
Nrep plans new projects in Warsaw, Wrocław, Gdańsk, and Kraków, including the development of products within the living sector and further expansion of its logistics portfolio, by setting ambitious decarbonization targets, implementing sustainable practices, and forming strategic partnerships.
