MATRIX OFFICE PARK, BUILDING C
Matrix C, GTC’s third building within Matrix Office Park, provides innovative office space, while maintaining a high ecological standard for an international tenant mix in the heart of Zagreb’s prestigious business district. From the design stage to the building's construction and location, every aspect of Matrix C is tailored for a new generation of companies, clients and employees, while simultaneously achieving ambitious ESG goals. Using geothermal energy for heating, implementing energy efficient lighting, accommodating EVs through on-site charging stations are just some of the ways that the building combines luxurious amenities with functionality, while keeping ESG goals in mind. The installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof is also planned for the near future. Matrix C’s location also encourages the use of eco-friendly transport, as it features a bicycle parking facility with dressing rooms and showers and bus and tram stations just minutes' walk from the building.
