Matrix C, GTC’s third building within Matrix Office Park, provides innovative office space, while maintaining a high ecological standard for an international tenant mix in the heart of Zagreb’s prestigious business district. From the design stage to the building's construction and location, every aspect of Matrix C is tailored for a new generation of companies, clients and employees, while simultaneously achieving ambitious ESG goals. Using geothermal energy for heating, implementing energy efficient lighting, accommodating EVs through on-site charging stations are just some of the ways that the building combines luxurious amenities with functionality, while keeping ESG goals in mind.
