Panattoni sets the benchmark for sustainable development with its 'Go Earthwise with Panattoni' concept, where the standard of certification is at least BREEAM Excellent level. From July’23 to June’24, it certified 2.3M m² in CEE, while 2.2M m² are in pipeline. Notably, the third building at Panattoni Park Cheb South (Czechia) received BREEAM Outstanding certification, making the entire park fully certified at this level, which is exceptional across Europe. Of the newly certified projects in Poland, Panattoni created 87 green zones, installed 5 gym facilities, established around 385 electric vehicle charging stations, and provided 1,380 bicycle parking spaces. During this period, Panattoni also raised €310 million in bank loans, demonstrating that the company's investments are becoming increasingly green. To date, Panattoni developed a total of 16.8M m² in CEE, with 11.7M m² of that space certified, showcasing its leadership in eco-friendly logistics and industrial space development.
