MDC2 PARK KRAKÓW SOUTH
The MDC2 Park Kraków South buildings have been designed and constructed with the aim of guaranteeing the lowest possible carbon footprint and maintaining the greatest possible energy efficiency. The first two constructed building were already certified with BREEAM New Construction Excellent rating. 95% of construction materials used for the construction of the project are recyclable and roofs are designed to be PV ready. Its environs offer a biodiverse green landscaping and a wellbeing area, Rest&Move.

MDC2 Park Kraków South is located south of Kraków, in Skawina, on national road 44, less than 2 km from the junction with the A4 motorway. The proximity to Kraków, the second largest city in Poland, is also an advantage for tenants, as is the proximity to industrial and warehouse areas.
