Concise project description with its key market advantages
VIBE is the first office building in Poland to receive its own specially composed audiosphere, giving it a unique character and a whole set of acoustic experiences. With 11 floors, it has delivered 15,000 sqm of state-of-the-art office space to the market, created in accordance with Ghelamco's ESG strategy. VIBE uses an ultra-modern Building Energy Management System that significantly reduce energy consumption, as well as an InBin application to analyze the carbon footprint based on the weight of waste generated by tenants. Ultimately, the building will be powered by 100% clean energy. Its sustainability will be confirmed by certifications in WELL and BREEAM at the highest level. The building already boasts SmartScore and WiredScore certifications with Platinum rating, as well as DGNB, Green Building Standard and Facility without Barriers. VIBE has been equipped with a proprietary Signal OS system that monitors the building's condition and thus ensures an optimal working environment.
