Concise project description with its key market advantages
InPost is the largest tenant in P3 Piotrków, with over 111,000 sqm at its disposal. The new sortation center will allow the tenant the synergies in terms of operations. The new warehouse has been BREEAM-certified at the Excellent level. It has been equipped with many environmentally friendly solutions and facilities, such as energy-efficient LED lighting with DALI control, infrared-activated taps in the bathrooms, and motion-controlled lighting. Panels with a PIR core were used to more effectively insulate against external factors, and the roof was reinforced for the installation of photovoltaic panels. The building has also been equipped with grey water recovery systems and an astronomical clock that controls outdoor lighting according to the time of day. Two electric car charging stations and covered bicycle shelters have been installed. Surrounding the development, native tree and shrub species were planted, which do not require artificial irrigation and increase biodiversity.
