Future plans We’re expanding our portfolio of rental apartments, both in the cities we are already in and in new markets, including the Tri-City (Poland). We have nearly 2100 units in the pipeline to start construction by 2025. We are constantly evolving to provide tenants with the highest quality - we plan to expand our program of additional benefits for tenants, also implement new sustainability initiatives. We’ll implement the ESG strategy for 2024-2028, aiming to build a leadership position in the market
