The facility was custom-designed to meet the client's specific needs, incorporating advanced fire protection measures such as firewalls, enhanced ventilation, containment barriers to prevent the leakage of harmful substances and environmentally protective flooring.
Aligned with sustainable development principles, DC10 was constructed using cutting-edge technologies to minimize environmental impact. The building received a BREEAM certification at the “Excellent” level. The project emphasizes energy efficiency with LED lighting, motion sensors, skylights, photovoltaic panels and heating pumps significantly reducing energy and gas consumption. With an LCA-driven approach, the carbon footprint was reduced by 20% compared to standard facilities, ensuring a tailored-made sustainable solution.
