NEWPORT LOGISTICS FUND
Following the success associated with the organization of Newport Logistics Fund I S.C.A. SICAV-RAIF, which after registration in 2022 raised €50 million in 10 months and invested in 3 modern logistics facilities (London, Amsterdam and Lodz), a second fund was established in March 2023. Newport Logistics Fund II S.C.A. SICAV-RAIF with a European investment strategy has officially completed fundraising and invested funds in projects worth €200 million GAV (gross asset value).All projects under the various Newport Logistics Funds meet strict sustainability standards. Each facility is designed in accordance with ESG goals and Article 8 of the EU SFDR regulation. All projects will be BREEAM certified (or equivalent).

The strategic partner and sponsor is the Panattoni Group (https://www.panattoni.com/), of which we are a part and the owners are investors in the individual funds.

The largest purchase transactions between July 2023 and June 2024 Fund II began quickly investing the money raised in warehouse and logistics projects across Europe. Current projects are in Austria, the Netherlands, France, Poland and Germany. The projects are valued at €200 million GAV (gross asset value). Each investment is analyzed in detail by the investment committee and is carried out in accordance with the fund's allocation policy, which aims, not only to provide an attractive return of 15 percent per year in euros, but also to build modern facilities.

It currently has two projects already secured, the first to be developed north of London in the UK.
