- Solida Capital on the acquisition of the G5 office building at ul. Grójecka 5 in Warsaw from Cromwell European REIT for EUR 15.86 mln
- Grupa Archicom on the acquisition of the real estates in Warsaw at 18A and 18B Postepu Street and 41 Domaniewska Street from MBP I, a subsidiary of Immofinanz Services Poland, for EUR 28.5 million
- Globalworth on the sale of the Bliski Centrum office building in Warsaw to a private Polish investor
- Goodman, a leading global developer and manager of industrial and logistics real estate, on the sale of a warehouse in Toruń to EQT Exeter, a value-add real estate fund
