Our client portfolio includes over 130 companies from the CRE industry. Between July 2023 and July 2024, we secured contracts with key players such as Logicor, Prologis, CBRE, Globalworth, Invesco, BNP Paribas Real Estate, REINO Partners, CPI, Liebrecht & wooD, Walter Herz, UBM Polska, Lincoln Property Company, Indotek Group, and Syrena Real Estate. The total recurring value of these contracts is around PLN 500,000 net per month.
Plans for the future
We're integrating tenant data (already 200,000 tenants in our database) and historical effective lease terms, starting with the industrial sector. Partnerships with key players are set. We're also expanding access to tenants and service companies. Beta testing is ongoing, with full rollout in Q1 '25
