Concise project description with its key market advantages
The Good Point V is a modern A+ class warehouse and production park which will ultimately consist of three buildings with a total warehouse area of 30,000 sqm. At the end of July 2024, Hall 1 and Hall 4, erected as part of the first stage of this project, received occupancy permits. Then Dr Irena Eris moved into Hall 1, and in mid-August, the space in Hall 4 was handed over to Sales Service. The Good Point V complex has been designed with the ESG guidelines and BREEAM Excellent certification in mind, and meets the highest quality and safety standards. Real Management S.A. has also prepared a Green Standard for Warehouse Buildings. The plot of land where the complex is located features vast green areas. In addition, the complex boasts two clay pit ponds. The entire complex is scheduled for completion in Q1 2025.
