Concise project description with its key market advantages
This warehouse achieved a BREEAM Outstanding certification and features advanced energy efficiency technologies, including a 700 kWp photovoltaic system, energy-saving LED lighting, and high-efficiency HVAC systems. The building's primary energy consumption was reduced by over 27% compared to national standards. Additionally, water consumption has been reduced by 70% thanks to a rainwater recovery system and water-saving devices. The building is designed without the use of PVC, and over 95% of construction waste was recycled, further reducing the building’s environmental impact.
The facility offers a high-quality working environment with natural light, large windows, and various recreational areas, such as a gym, outdoor terrace, volleyball court, and boules court. The site also includes over 500 newly planted trees and 1,000 shrubs, enhancing the local ecosystem. 22 electric vehicle charging stations and extensive cycling infrastructure was prepared. |
