ECHO INVESTMENT
Echo Investment is successfully implementing its strategic plans in the office segment, based on a growing readiness of tenants to relocate to newer, more energy-efficient, and employee-friendly buildings. In the H2 2023-H1 2024, the company signed lease agreements covering nearly 40,000 sqm.

Echo successfully completed the commercialization of the React building, confirming its leading position in the Łódź market. At the beginning of 2024, the 2nd phase of Brain Park in Kraków received its occupancy permit, and companies such as EY and Volvo Tech Hub joined the list of tenants in this complex. New projects are also under construction, including Office House as part of the Towarowa 22 in Warsaw (expected to be 80% leased by the end of the year), Swobodna SPOT in Wrocław, and WITA in Kraków – all drawing from the idea of destination projects. The company also strengthened its position in Katowice, through renewals in the Face2Face complex with tenants such as Deloitte and Medicover.
