In May 2024, Panattoni completed the sale of Panattoni Park Poznań XI for EUR 92.5 million to a specialist real estate investor, marking one of the largest transactions on the Polish market in the first half of the year. Panattoni Park Poznań XI is a fully commercialised complex in Żerniki just outside Poznań comprising two buildings. The larger building (108 000 sqm) was constructed as a BTS facility for DHL Supply Chain,. This logistics hub plays a crucial role in the distribution of goods for a major e-commerce player across European markets, including Poland and Germany. Another tenant of the park is Arvato, an international supply chain management company.
The logistics center covers a substantial area of 129 000 sq. m and has been certified under BREEAM, achieving an Excellent rating. The implementation of sustainability measures led to a 60% reduction in water usage and 18% lower energy consumption compared to standard models. |
