ASB Group advised on undisclosed acquisitions/sales transactions of several commercial real estate investments. Advisory included representation in the process of obtaining individual interpretations, tax support in the process of buying/selling real estate, support in the process of accepting real estate on the books, and support in the process of VAT recovery.
