PANATTONI PARK CHEB SOUTH
Park Cheb South, built on the site of former Cheb engineering works, spans over 250,000 sqm and includes three sustainable facilities, all rated “Outstanding” by BREEAM International 2016 New Construction. Hall A achieved a global record BREEAM score of 94.2%. The construction was carried out in accordance with strict environmental measures. Over 85% of construction waste was diverted from landfills, and durable materials were chosen to reduce environmental impact.
Energy management is exceptional, with primary energy consumption reduced by 59.2% in comparison with the reference state and CO2 emissions by 68.6%, saving 2,474 tonnes of CO2 annually. Water-saving systems cut potable water use by 85%, referred to the baseline. The site features LED lighting, a roof ready for solar panels, native landscaping, and eco-friendly amenities like electric charging stations or bicycle stands. The complex also offers an outdoor gym, relaxation zone,and a bus stop nearby for sustainable transport.
