We are the third largest bank in Poland in terms of assets value, but the biggest privately owned. Year 2020 and 2021 brought significant challenges caused by COVID-19 pandemic, we entered year 2022 with war on Ukraine and since 2023 we are facing significant increase in cost of funding and utilities costs - we have reacted very quickly to those market disruptions continuously supporting Customers in all possible ways to help them during difficult period, which is highly appreciated by our Customers. Even in this challenging years we are still open for new business and provide new financing for various types of properties. This may be also confirmed by achievements in those years including financing (bilaterally or as an agent) several projects on the Polish real estate market.
