Team leader profile Michał has worked in commercial real estate for 25+ years, including his tenure with both advisory companies, developers and retail landlords. He rejoined C&W in early 2022 (having worked for it in 1998-2002) and has ever since actively contributed to the expansion of the firm’s client portfolio both in Poland and CEE. During his professional career he has advised on retail leases, sales and acquisitions, and development of investment plans for the construction of shopping centres.

This translates into finalizing some of the most strategic lease agreements. In recent months, C&W has participated in signing a lease agreement for EMPIK in the iconic Cepelia building, where a 1,300 sqm flagship store of the brand will be established. Additionally, the team was responsible for securing several large-scale deals, including TK Maxx in Matarnia and Zara in Złote Tarasy. C&W experts are strongly focused on developing cutting-edge retail strategies, which include the re-commercialization of long-established formats, such as Złote Tarasy, Galeria Tarnovia, and Outlet Lublin. All C&W activities are data-driven and based on market insights, enabling clients to make well-informed business decisions and continuously enhance their competitive advantage.
