Barbara joined CPI Property Group in 2018 as Country Manager for Poland, overseeing the company's operations and development in the local market. Previously, she was Managing Director for CEE at Multi Corporation, managing 380,000 sqm of real estate. She also held leadership roles at Neinver, managing a EUR 2 bn portfolio across Europe. With a degree from Jagiellonian University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota, her expertise spans real estate, operations, and strategic leadership.

Short description of the company
CPI Property Group (CPIPG) has been active in Poland since 2013, becoming a key player in the real estate market. In 2022, after acquiring a 76.8% stake in IMMOFINANZ, CPIPG took on the role of property manager for all IMMOFINANZ office and retail properties. Currently, CPIPG independently manages 23 office buildings in prestigious Warsaw locations, including the myhive brand, with over 561,000 sqm of GLA and a portfolio value of EUR 1.75 billion, making it the market leader in Warsaw office spaces.
In the retail sector, CPIPG manages a portfolio of 272,000 sqm of space, including shopping centers such as Ogrody in Elbląg, Orkana in Lublin, and four Vivo! centers in Lublin, Krosno, Piła, and Stalowa Wola. The company also oversees the City Market retail parks and the Stop Shop chain across 11 regional cities in Poland. The total value of CPIPG's retail assets is estimated at EUR 437 million. |
