Why the company should be considered for the award
At the time of acquisition, it was one of the largest real estate transactions (retail portfolio) in Central Europe in recent years. The transaction also took place at a time of high interest rates, uncertainty and a very inactive market.

Future plans
SCF would like to consolidate the portfolio, negotiate new leases with anchor tenants, consolidate ownership in Torun and Lodz and perhaps add some similar properties to the portfolio.
