The team offers 360-degree services, supporting clients at every stage of the real estate process, including land acquisition, leasing, renegotiations, and industrial-logistics property buying/selling processes. C&W provides build-to-suit (BTS) and built-to-own (BTO) warehouses that are custom-made according to the client's specific requirements. C&W works with companies representing various sectors: logistics, 3PL, manufacturing, automotive, retail, e-commerce, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, FMCG, courier, construction, distribution, and medical. The company's activities cover such voivodeships as Mazowieckie, Śląskie, Dolnośląskie, Łódzkie, Kujawsko-pomorskie, Pomorskie, Lubelskie, Podkarpackie, Zachodniopomorskie, Wielkopolskie, Małopolskie. My team possesses an unique set of skills and is ready to help with the same level of engagement both by smaller projects for budding companies and biggest ones for global market players.

That's why we are involved in organizing industry events such as C&W’s Warehouse Labs, recording podcasts “Magazynowe Espresso”, and preparing special reports.
