“G” is the crucial part. We have an independent board of directors who advise and supervise our activities. We have set up ESG, Investment, Risk & Audit and Remuneration committees that report to the chairman of our company. It determines the management team’s bonuses. The bonuses are attributed to those that are delivering on that agenda.

MDC2 Park Gliwice ranks among the top 20 highest-rated industrial buildings in Europe. Since 2021, we have been the pioneering Polish developer ensuring that all projects achieve BREEAM New Constructionstandards at the Excellent level. Our partnership with Fundacja Las Na Zawsze underscores our dedication to forest conservation and reforestation effort. |
