Our regional presence (offices in Krakow, Katowice, Wroclaw Gdansk) helps us to be close to local projects and Clients. We deliver projects across all type of assets – office, industrial, retail, hospitality, residential, education, life science, data centers and mixed use. We proudly commit to educate the Clients and integrate ESG sustainable approach in each project we are part of.
JLL P&DS team provided technical consultancy and support on Zeitgest Student House development in Krakow project (400+ units) and has advised on technical side with acquisition process of 3 education projects. The scope of services are playing a key role on the Polish real estate market supporting not only typical office or industrial assets but creating high standard spaces for living that will be utilized by new generations.

We have conducted number of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) analysis and certifications for Shell, Dyson and Zendesk just to name few plus number of confidential clients.
JLL’s P&DS worked on Landlord side on 400k+ sqm assets portfolios for CPI, CAImmo, Macquarie, Tristan Capital Partners and Globalworth. Contributing to the conclusion of Lease agreements with Tenants for a lease value of 50+ mio EUR with 10+mio EUR CAPEX.
