Face2Face Business Campus is prominently located in the city centre of Katowice within Chorzowska office cluster, the largest and the most active office destination in the city. The office complex, delivered in phases in December 2019 and November 2020 with a total GLA of 47,200 sqm, consists of two buildings with a lettable area of 26,500 sqm and 20,700 sqm respectively. The property is leased to blue chip tenants such as: Honeywell, Capgemini, Orange, Deloitte. The buildings have been developed by Echo Investment, the largest developer in Poland to Class A institutional standards and feature BREEAM Excellent Certificate. The property has been purchased for EUR 113,000,000 through the asset deal which was one of the largest transaction concluded in the regional cities in 2022.

The sale of Face2Face Business Campus, one of the most prominent office investments in the city, was the biggest transaction of an office scheme on the constantly growing Katowice market so far. The transaction was at the same time one of the largest transaction concluded in all polish regional cities throughout all of 2022. Simultaneously, it was the biggest single transaction concluded by Echo Investment in regional cities.
